In yet another episode from the Halley’s Comet of podcasting, we join Dr Norman Trousers and River Zambezi for more daft discussions and comedy gold. (ok white gold admittedly).
In this show, an off-the-cuff comment leads to a disturbing discussion regarding sexual preferences (kind of), we find out that Dr Norman doesn’t like mushy peas and has been refused booze again.

The boys have been to a wedding (and got busted being a bit naughty), there’s an elaboration on the tank paintballing story from the last episode and a stark warning on Dr Norman’s web browser leads to a very serious and unsavoury news-story about an ex co-worker.

We get to hear the award-winning Casa Mirth-produced Balderdash theme tune from the Paint It Black Comics podcast, River refuses to believe a story about a Mexican with a third leg and we find that it’s not just Jesus’s wang that’s worshipped.

All this, a new episode of Film Club (with tasty treats!), Redneck and Raunchy, more Radio Mirth and the ever present Channel Mirth News all combine into a great way to waste some time.

In this episode which has been a long time coming (to almost biblical proportions you could say), the boys discuss the story of Easter and suggest some alternatives to the generally agreed legend – plot-holes and all. There’s also revelation about Jesus you may not have heard before.

We find that Dr Norman never has bad dreams, there’s ASCII porn, talk of show t-shirts gets a bit weird and River is not impressed with Dr Norman’s tales of food-based disasters.

A theoretical talk of time machines kicks off a bit of a reminiscence, Dr Norman loses a word and we learn that meerkats are areseholes, emperor penguins are shits and otters are cunts.

The stand-in presenters of the Channel Mirth News sound suspiciously like Bonn & Obo and there’s a new edition of Film Club.

This, along with an absolute legend saying hello, all adds up to another blinder of your favourite show!

It’s back!! On this brand new episode of your favourite podcast, there’s a vague explanation of the delays around Season 2.
Dr Norman doesn’t like Kanye West, and has either experienced freaky coincidences or the show has gone psychic.

There’s a massive difference of opinion regarding toilet escapism, Oscar-themed chat, a debate over selfies goes a bit serious and no-one likes the Kardashians.

A comment about unicycles with no seats descends into a fairly unintelligent discussion about some of the technology in Back to the Future 2 and Dr Norman’s spacky toe. River has strange plans to name his yet unlikely first-born child that lends a slight political incorrectness to the moment and we learn that he’s never heard of a fleshlight.
All this, a little ditty by friends of the show Bonn & Obo, a debate between swimwear and underwear and the ever-present Channel Mirth News hopefully make this a return worth waiting for.

People of the internet! People who love podcasts! People with ears! Today we celebrate Mirthday!!

That’s right – the Casa Mirth podcast is 1 year old! Who would have thought from humble beginnings, sitting on camping chairs and drinking tea, a year later Dr Norman Trousers and River Zambezi would still be kicking around, persecuting their livers with gallons of booze and standing up during a recording session!

It’s been an amazing year. The boys have learnt a lot; they’ve argued a little. They’ve opened their souls to you, and you’ve opened your earholes to them…and altogether, we’ve peed our pants laughing.

Here’s a special edition of LBOTS – Little Bits on the Side to remind you that the immensely professional image that Messrs Trousers & Zambezi portray on the award-winning (not really) podcast, the Casa Mirth podcast, does sometimes crumble – but then, that’s just as hilarious and they’re not precious.

The “F” Word? : Fappening, Furry Fellatio, 555 and F*ckloads of Fun!

That’s right folks, it’s here! The show you would rather listen to than be kicked in the genitals by a donkey (we hope).

After a difficult time actually starting the show, Dr Norman comes up with a new spin on speed dating. River talks about a recent war-wound, and there’s a difference of opinion on inter-species fellatio.

Dr Norman recalls a patio door incident as well as his dismay concerning Millie Cyrus’ use of an inflatable dong and Lilly Allen gets both barrels from River.

The boys give a slightly different take on “the fappening”, there’s a theoretical discussion about the anatomy of the older ladies and our hosts eventually talk about S&M (no, not Steve and Mike).
